Thank God for The Academy! I was just STUCK. I had been trying to lose weight for so long, and I could lose a little, but not get myself where I wanted to be. Having Nikki help me pull all of the pieces together has been wonderful.

I’m finally to a place where I LOVE working out and I actually enjoy what I’m eating. I’m down 25 pounds. I still have a little more to lose but it’s coming off and I feel amazing. I haven’t had this kind of energy in forever.

I have struggled with my weight and dieted my entire life. The last few years I could not get the scale to move.

I thought I was doing everything right. I was eating around 1200 calories, I was even eating food I didn’t really like but thought led to weight loss. I was doing cardio all the time. But the scale would not budge.

When we started working together I was so nervous to spend the money, and I was even more nervous to make the changes you suggested to my food. I mean, you had me add back so much that I thought I couldn’t have and much more altogether than what I had been eating. 

I thought there is no way my scale isn’t going to go up. I was sure I would gain weight eating this way. To my surprise, I started losing weight right away. I could not believe it. 

All throughout the 12 weeks, I never felt deprived. I had several weddings and outings all summer and still enjoyed myself. I have never had this type of balance and peace with my food. I am much more intentional but I’m also more satisfied than I was before. 

And I definitely like the way my clothes fit better now. In fact, I put on dress clothes for work that I haven’t fit into in a very long time. I feel like I could stand to lose a little more in my belly, but I can’t believe how much I changed in these first 12 weeks. 

I feel like I finally have all the tools I need to keep what I’ve lost off and lose even more if I choose to.  The program has a way of walking you through what’s real about nutrition and more importantly our mindset issues that get us hung up. 

While I was nervous about the money at first, I realized how much more I’ve spent over the years on things that did not work. And those things add up quickly.

This was the best investment ever because I really get it now and I don’t need to keep buying other programs.
