The event ticket will cover all training and activities plus lunch on Saturday & Sunday.

The hotel is separate but we have a block of rooms available at a discounted rate.

FAQ’s

  • We kick off at 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday, and we’ll wrap each day around 4:00 PM (Sunday ends around 1:30 PM).

    Optional social dinners may happen Saturday night if you want to hang out.

  • At a beautiful private clubhouse in West Bloomfield, MI. The address will be emailed to you after ticket purchase.

    • All sessions, speakers, and hands-on experiences

    • Saturday & Sunday lunches

    • Fun surprises + goodies to take home

    • A weekend full of connection, laughter, and momentum in your journey

  • Nope! This event is for all current and past clients.

  • Comfortable, casual clothes you can move in. Think yoga pants, sneakers, layers.

    (Sunday we will be outside, so weather appropriate clothing highly recommended).


    If you’re local and driving in, bring a yoga mat. Flyers—don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

  • Nope. We encourage you to jump in—but this weekend is about you. You’re welcome to take breaks, skip sessions, or just soak it in however you need.

  • No, but we’ll send hotel recommendations once you register—and we’ll even help pair you up with other attendees if you want to share a room!
