Joining the Keep It Off Academy was the best decision I've made for my health in a long time. It's not just about losing weight. It's helped me see myself again and understand what I need to do to be the healthiest version of me.

I'm so excited for the Do Life Membership! It's my way of doing self care, and keeping the momentum I've gained, along with this amazing tribe of women to help me meet my goals!

I'm rediscovering the best parts of me through this experience and I can't wait to see where I can go from here with the Do Life Membership to guide me!

Wife, stay-at-home mom transitioning to empty-nester

I am 40 years old and life has been changing at a very rapid pace. I’m finding that who I have identified as for most of my life is gone. I’m at my falling apart stage and I’m looking forward to figuring out who I will be in this next phase of life.

My husband and I have been married for quite awhile. And we’re so fortunate to have gotten to this phase in our marriage and still very much like each other, and love spending time together!

I’m also the mom of 3 amazing young adults. We are so proud of the people they are! Our youngest left for college this summer making my husband and I empty nesters. I have been a stay-at-home mom for most of my kids’ lives, so now it’s time to focus on figuring out who I am.

I’m so thankful that I started working on my health a few years back. I had lost a little bit of weight on my own and then joined the Keep It Off Academy with Nikki. I am down a total of 80 pounds!!!

I am so much more active than I’ve ever been and I actually LOVE going to the gym. Before the Academy I was absolutely terrified to walk into a gym, so this is a huge accomplishment. Nikki has helped me so much with my health.

I am thrilled to be in the DO LIFE membership! I have gotten a little taste of life coaching through the Keep It Off Academy and it has changed my life tremendously! I can’t wait to figure ou this new season of my life with Nikki and all of you awesome ladies!!
