Why do I want this for you?
Because I’ve been where you are and I know you can make it to the other side too!
There was once a time I had in my mind that I was still a hot chick.
But, the buttoning of my pants or a quick selfie screamed...
”whoa, girl… you got chubby!”
The idea I had of myself compared to what I saw when I looked - wasn’t a match! I hated putting my jeans on and having my gut spill out all over, but I couldn’t seem to get the self-control to take the weight off. I was raised on junk food and TV…
salads and yoga were not on the agenda growing up, and old habits die hard! Amen!?
I finally hit my own rock bottom when my doctor offered me a diet pill and it looked like I was headed down the autoimmune path. I went on a hunt for a better way to lose weight and heal my body.
My journey led me to realize how many other women were struggling with this issue and were being misguided by marketing ploys that were ineffective and had nothing to do with keeping weight off, or health!

An obsession was born!
I’ve now spent years absorbing anything I can about weight loss; research papers, podcasts, articles from experts with various backgrounds, and of course anecdotal stories from hundreds of women.
All this learning led me to an important realization…
Most of what we’re taught about weight loss is garbage, and some of it can actually cause weight gain down the road. There are so many women, just like you, who want to take action but need the right tools, the right plan, and the right mental framework.
And that’s where I come in!
There are many things I’m not good at - spelling, history, and geography, to name a few.
But there’s one thing I’m good at…
the puzzle of weight loss!
Nobody’s puzzle looks the exact same. We can take the same basic steps:
>>> find the corner pieces
>>> put the edge pieces together
>>> fill in the middle
But the pieces are different for each of us!
There are so many puzzle pieces to weight loss:
lifestyle, body type, excuses, temperament, schedules, habits, emotions, cravings…
and it’s a puzzle I LOVE TO SOLVE!
I didn’t magically go from junk food junky who didn’t have time to workout to semi-health nut, recipe clean-up wizard, lover of lifting heavy things, marathon runner.
I don’t even know how I got here! Oh, wait, yes I do. And that may not be where you’re headed, every journey is different, but I’m FIRED UP to get you where YOU WANT TO BE!
